    The softness of the cake definitely complement the saltiness of the topping! Personally, I would love some additional nutty crunch for this. On a side note, if the cake is refrigerated, please allow it to sit out in room temperature before consume!

    Just a quick note to say thanks so much for the wonderful cake you created for Jammie?s celebration. Everyone who saw it was amazed at the attention to detail and colourful parts including trees, clouds and train tracks. James himself was amazed and said it was so nice he said it would be a shame to cut it up. When he did though everyone had a slice and again comments of how moist and tasty it was. Thanks again for making his day special with such a wonderful cake.
